Technology is one of the biggest human being`s invention, which has been changing lifestyles all over the world. Although it has brought many advantages, the constant usage of it has been getting out of control because of the overloaded information. Wasting time, having physical problems, and experiencing emotional disorders. Today we believe that people are wasting their time because the information overload is making people so much information there is to doubt the topic you want to know or investigate. TV, the internet and other media they do is confuse rather than solve what we really want to know. This also leads us not only to have a very high stress, but we also generates large physical problems by the example which afflicts many workers today is back pain, migraine, stress and many other everyday factors that affect health. The emotional part might be affected too. Concentration is an essential part in our lives. If a person uses some technological devices a lot of time, it is probable that his/her mind starts to get used to such routine. This will cause the person to think about spending time alone with that device. For instance, a smart-phone in hands of a teenager can provoke “excessive entertainment”. Insomnia is a very common disorder at that age. Nevertheless, it is important to be aware of what technology can do in our emotional life. However, this kind of problems can be reduced. Technology plays a very important role in the learning process. To understand this, it is essential to mention progresses such as the incorporation of the Braille in computers. Blind people, in the past, could write in a computer because these machines did not count on this advance. These days, for blind people, it is not a problem to develop as humans in the work world. Because of this problem, sometimes, it was almost impossible to get a job for them. To include, technology can influence on people’s life in a bad or good way. The important thing is to learn how to use for education purposes.
